I've given this 5 stars because I can find no fault, and the manager is really invested in your having a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. Microwave, fridge and tv were all newer. Yes, mattress was firm. This was a really a great deal for such a low rate. I got all I asked for.
