After two years of searching, my wife and I finally found the perfect piece of heaven, 80 acres in Izard Co. AR Cody Cooper and Dave Sharp made the purchasing process so simple, there were absolutely no surprises and they are both very professional realtors. I scheduled a showing with Cody and he was right on time. I was thinking we were going to walk the property and that would take quite some time, I was wrong, Cody showed up with his UTV and he showed me the whole place in no time at all. Now thats service! There were absolutely no issues at the closing and Cody went way out of his way even after. We stayed on the property in our RV and a couple of days later Cody called to make sure everything was all right and even was going to make sure we had water for the RV if needed.
