I get half right orders usually.. extra stuff even paid for rarely makes it on the burger and the drinks are usually the only thing I get that's right. Not been rude to me over any thing I've had sent back and they re make it so it's done fresh and right. The only reason I've kept going mostly is they do try to make it right and aren't usually rude at all. Maybe once out of 10 times they have been irritable. No other spots like it in 20 or more miles so oh well lol. If no one likes it, waste your money and drive farther. I've noticed I get farther with them if I'm nice but if you are rude then you don't deserve anything but rudeness back.
The new management here is doing a great job! Everytime I've ate here since the management change has been great! It's a huge improvement! I go here more often now than I have in the past, now that things are so much better! It's a great change!
Sucks, they don't stay stocked on products, their attitude towards pattrons are as if they own the town and don't give a dam if you ever buy from them. Think we need new management or new quick food stops. They know who we are and that we tell it like it is so they don't like us!
First of all the carhop waitress was very slow with my order. Granted it was around 3:45 pm when I stopped in for two milkshakes. It took at least ten minutes for the carhop chick to even make her way towards my vehicle with shakes in hand. She got intercepted by another sonic customer about their messed up order. So she takes theirs and my order's back to the main station! Then she takes another seven minutes to actually return my original order half melted and one of the cups had a hole already through the bottom of the cup! What is the problem with some carhop attendants being unable to multitask efficiently! I know it's the rush of the day and everyone's getting off work & outta school, but damn there's some things a person can tolerate and some things (like today's "little incident") that is just ridiculous and shouldn't be tolerated! What was I to do drove home (the 23 miles) with a leaking milkshake??? No sry.
Even tho they got the order right on the computer they screwed the rest of it up then when the replaced it it still wasn't exactly what I ordered! I ordered the ultimate chicken sandwich with mustard and at first they brought me a cheese burger then they brought me the right sandwich but it had mayo on it. Usually happy with this sonic but not this time.
